Specialized Local and Regional Planning Bodies
The Specialized Local and Regional Planning Bodies are organizations that can be created by cantonal municipalities in order to promote participation in the preparation and implementation of the Regulatory Plan. These organizations shall be composed of not less than three or more than seven members, whose period shall coincide with that of the members of the designating corporation. Its members may be re-elected and hold their posts ad-honorem. These specialized organizations allow the participation of interested neighbors in its design to incorporate the preferences of the communities in the urban development.
