#AttorneyThatWorks
#AttorneyThatWorks is an initiative that seeks to develop a concrete proposal ?in which citizens, experts and civil organizations, among other actors, are actively involved- regarding the model of the new Attorney General that will substitute the existing General Prosecutor?s Office (PGR); all this to avoid the reproduction and continuation of the deficiencies and vices of the previous PGR in the new Attorney General office. This initiative is the result of a joint effort from more than 200 civil organizations and individuals, and embodied in the presentation of the proposal of the ?Organic Law for the Attorney General of the Republic?, for which technical forums were organized with the new administration?s team of Andrés Manuel López Obrador. To this date, the negotiations with the Legislative and Executive powers ?planned for 2019- continue for the implementation of this proposal.
