Memory and Truth
Memory and Truth is a platform and virtual space created to disseminate and promote the use of existing public information on cases of alleged violations of human rights and crimes against humanity in Mexico. The objective is to promote transparency, the right of access to information, the guarantee of non-repetition, and the creation of a collective memory. The platform is organized by Article 19 in Mexico and the National Institute of Transparency, Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data.
Institutional design
Formalization: is the innovation embedded in the constitution or legislation, in an administrative act, or not formalized at all?

Mode of Selection of Participants: is the innovation open to all participants, access is restricted to some kind of condition, or both methods apply?
