Interlocution Table for the Implementation of the Peace Accords in Dabeiba
Citizens and representatives of universities and civil society organizations met to discuss progress in the implementation of the peace agreements in Dabeiba. There, the Table of Interlocution for the Implementation of the Peace Accords was created, as the participants questioned the government's participation mechanism and methodology for the development and implementation of the "Development Programs with a Territorial Approach" resulting from the agreements. The Roundtable considered that there was a lack of real representation in the implementation of fundamental mechanisms for the development of the life of the communities in post-conflict scenarios, and indicated that there was a great distance between the aspirations of the State and those of the communities. Therefore, the roundtable discussed deficits and proposed solutions and methodologies for the inclusion of communities in peace building processes.
