Community Associations
The communities from neighborhoods, colonies, cantons and villages are represented through Community Associations. In each municipality, it is possible to form these associations in order to participate in the discussion of social issues, of the problems and needs of the community. The goal is to design and promote solutions and projects to benefit the local community. Associations can address social, economic, cultural, religious, civic, educational or any other issues relevant to the community. The municipalities should promote the incorporation of citizens in community associations and their organized participation through them.

Type of participants: those who participate are individual citizens, civil society organizations, private stakeholders or a combination of those?
