Citizen Advisory Council for the Monitoring of the Five-Year Development Plan
The Citizen Advisory Council for Monitoring is a body of consultation and exercises social control to the Five-Year Development Plan of El Salvador. Its members are representatives from departmental, sectorial and academic assemblies. The aim is to offer general policy proposals to the government, as well as to monitor the fulfillment of the objectives of the Plan.
