Rural Solidarity Communities Program
The Community Solidarity Program seeks to provide comprehensive care to families and people living under the severest levels of poverty as well as social exclusion in urban and rural areas of the country. The goals of the program is to make the effective exercise of rights possible and help develop solutions for severe social problems such as poverty, inequality in the distribution of income, inequality between women and men and social exclusion.
