Popular Consultation of Caspigasí
The Popular Consultation of Caspigasí transpired after the Constitutional Court ordered the Municipality of Quito to request the electoral body to call a popular consultation to consult the inhabitants and members of the indigenous community of Caspigasí, and ask whether they want to belong to the parish of Calacali or to the parish of San Antonio de Pichincha, in Quito canton.
