Gender and Climate Change Action Plan
The Gender and Climate Change Action Plan was an initiative of the Government of the Dominican Republic, with support from USAID. It was developed through participatory workshops attended by representatives of the private sector, civil society organizations and academia. The Plan proposes the inclusion of a gender perspective into the goals for combating climate change in various sectors.
