Social Oversight of the National Pact for Educational Reform

The Social Oversight of the National Pact for Educational Reform is an oversight committee created in 2013 by the Pact itself, in order to guarantee the participation of civil society in overseeing the fulfillment of the commitments made by the actors involved in the planning. The Pact defines the members of the committee to be representatives of nine civil society organizations from the education sector, which were also involved in the creation of the agreement. The oversight committee should publish a yearly report accounting for the achievements and shortcomings in the fulfilment of the commitments, as well as a series of concrete recommendations on how to improve the implementation during the following year.
