Se Vigilante
Sé Vigilante (span. Become an Overlooker) is a mechanism for digital oversight created by the organization Vigilantes in 2016. This digital platform enables citizens to publish complaints regarding the malfunctioning of public services; the complaints are made public in the website and a message is automatically sent to the public institutions and public servants or politicians directly responsible for the provision of the service. Citizens can register photos and comments related to their complaints, as well as comment and share other citizens? complaints in social media.
