Socio-Spatial Mapping of Territorial Vulnerabilities and Resiliencies
This initiative is implemented by the Municipality of Aserrí with the objective of generating geo-referenced information regarding territorial vulnerabilities and resilience to potential climatic phenomena. The mapping is carried out in two ways: through a participatory workshop and through the distribution of forms where local authorities must register vulnerable geographic points. This is intended to provide information for local development planning and to improve the quality of government decisions.

Mode of Selection of Participants: is the innovation open to all participants, access is restricted to some kind of condition, or both methods apply?
Type of participants: those who participate are individual citizens, civil society organizations, private stakeholders or a combination of those?
