LABIC.CR
LABIC.CR is a citizen innovation lab that took place in 2019 in Guanacaste. Citizens and representatives of civil society organizations and the private sector participated in the laboratory. The purpose of the laboratory is the formulation of innovative solutions concerning the subject "environment and climate change". Although LABIC.CR is held in Guanacaste, the projects proposed therein may be implemented in different countries. Being a citizen of Costa Rica is not a requirement to participate. LABIC.CR has a duration of ten days, and the ten projects that are selected receive support for their implementation. The projects' material requirements shall cost a maximum of 350 dollars.
Institutional design

Mode of Selection of Participants: is the innovation open to all participants, access is restricted to some kind of condition, or both methods apply?

Decisiveness: does the innovation takes binding, non-binding or no decision at all?
