Keeping an eye on the Bus

Atisbando el Bus (lit. Keeping an eye on the Bus) is a project that is developed in the province of San José, Costa Rica, and seeks to involve the users and business licensees of five bus routes that circulate in, from or to the metropolitan historical center. Its goal is to know if the buses are timely and effectively meet the requirements to provide the public transport service. Atisbando el Bus is an initiative of the organization Abriendo Datos Costa Rica, which consists of a research and experimentation project about the main problems of the public transport service. The results of this research are intended to be applied in the development of a prototype for a technological application.
