Electoral Observation
Electoral Observation is a project of the NGO Foundation for Peace and Democracy (FUNDAMPEM) that sought to establish a proposal from civil society on the subject of electoral transparency in the face of the 2014 Costa Rican elections so that social and academic organizations could be incorporated in the tasks of monitoring and control to contribute to improve the democratic electoral process. This function of comptroller was possible since the Foundation was accredited before the Supreme Court of Elections to be able to carry out this work.
