District's Youth Public Policy
The District's Youth Public Policy of Cartagena de Indias was developed through participatory workshops and online surveys in which young residents of the city participated. The purpose of the participation mechanisms was to learn about the situation of the rights of young people in the city, identify the problems affecting young people and propose solutions.
Institutional design
