"Tell Us" form of Medellín's City Hall
"Tell us" (Span. Cuéntanos) is a digital form established by Medellín's City Hall, with the purpose of allowing citizens to submit suggestions on how to improve procedures in Medellín's City Hall. To participate, the form requires providing name and surname, telephone number, and indicating which procedure the citizen considers could be improved. In turn, citizens are offered a list of reasons why they believe the procedure should be improved (for example, it is costly, difficult to perform, can only be done in person, etc.), from which they must choose one, and finally, they are asked to evaluate the communication of the response to their request and describe the concrete proposals they have to improve the experience of carrying out the procedure in question.
