2016-2019 Development Plan of Envigado

The 2016-2019 Development Plan "Living better, a commitment to Envigado" is a governance plan developed by the Municipality of Envigado in collaboration with its citizens. It identifies the general context of the locality, the programmatic lines for development, and the guidelines for municipal authorities during the following triennium. To develop the plan, 3 preparatory meetings and 12 open zonal meetings were held with local citizens. In addition, 5 City Meetings were held, and the first draft of the Plan was published on the municipality's website, where citizens could comment directly on the text. Finally, special consultation stages were carried out with children and adolescents. More than 2,500 citizens in total participated in the different stages of the Plan.
