Active Citizenship Covid-19
The project "Active Citizenship Covid-19 - Eyes on Public Spending" is an initiative of Transparencia por Colombia, the national chapter of Transparency International. This organization, in collaboration with other civil society organizations located in different regions of the country, proposed to carry out an observation of the application of regional resources by the governments of seven states during the COVID-19 pandemic. The observation process is focused on public expenses and contracting, using both public and private data sources. Regular informative bulletins are published on the progress of expenses and the irregularities observed, as well as recommendations to make the management of resources more efficient to face the pandemic.
