La Guajira Chooses Well
La Guajira Chooses Well was an initiative of citizen participation promoted by the civil society and the private sector with the objective of supporting informed voting and electoral transparency in the regional elections of 2015. Within the framework of this innovation, 10 spaces of discussion and deliberation were created. These spaces allowed the citizens of the region to delimit the priorities of the civil society's agenda, which were then shared with the candidates. In addition, an information campaign on the candidates and free and transparent elections was carried out through different means of communication. This campaign also included 3 electoral debates.
