Citizen Feedback on the Basic Digital Services Model
The Feedback of the Basic Digital Services Model is an initiative created by the Ministry of Information, Technologies and Communications of Colombia in 2016 that seeks to provide citizens, public entities, industry and civil society with their comments, suggestions, proposals and ideas to the Basic Digital Services proposed by the Ministry. The Basic Digital Services were developed to guarantee the authentication of the citizens when carrying out online procedures of the State, access to the personal documents that are advanced during these procedures and the coordinated work among the public entities to improve the provision of their services. The objective is to publish and approve both the model and its regulatory decree, based on the contributions of citizens.
