Colombia

My Ideal City

My Ideal City is a digital platform in which the community has the possibility to participate in the definition of what Bogota will look like in the future. My Ideal City asks people for their opinions, which are fed through five scenarios of urban trends with which the platform works, with the intention of contributing to the development of the city from the bottom up. The five scenarios are: Creative Spaces, Smart City, Created by Citizens, Urban Landscape and Green Bogota. The platform seeks to inform citizens' needs directly and also to share experiences from all over the world that can be the solution to many of the city's problems, in order to determine how examples of novel cases can be applied in Bogotá. All these needs, suggestions, hassles and questions are received, appreciated and valued by world-class urban planners, who analyze the questions and give them a technical solution, and then be communicated to the local authorities to determine the feasibility of their realization.
