Public-Private Action Plan Energy + Women
The Public-Private Action Plan "Energy + Women" was developed by a deliberative roundtable made up of representatives of government agencies, companies and universities. The roundtable conducted a diagnosis of the situation of women in the energy sector and formulated proposals to address the gender barriers and gaps identified in that industry. Once the Plan had been formulated, companies' adherence to it is voluntary.
