Human Rights' Monitors Casa Memoria José Domingo Cañas is an institution created by citizens, whose purpose is to monitor and publicly denounce human rights violations caused by security forces during protests and demonstrations. For this purpose, the observatory sends teams of volunteers to monitor the demonstrations. Additionally, the observatory allows citizens to report human rights violations on its online platform.
