Open Congress
Open Congress is a digital platform under the responsibility of the Ciudadano Inteligente (lit. Smart Citizen) Foundation which provides basic information about parliamentary work to citizens. The purpose of this application is to let people know the activities of Congress, such as the projects under discussion, the urgent issues under debate and who their parliamentary representatives are. Also, this tool allows people to interact with their senators and deputies through the sending of personalized messages, either to make referrals to the projects or to bring proposals.
