Lobbies
Lobbies is a digital democratic innovation promoted by a group of civil society organizations nucleated in the Populusaurio Network. Through it, the organizations have the objective of influencing the Participatory Stage of the Chilean Constituent Process of 2016. To that end, the website makes available the different initiatives and proposals from civil society so that people can select them and know about them in order to participate in the local consultation meetings, as well as in the individual consultation. On the other hand, another objective of this tool through the instances of detailed participation is to increase the levels of control of the constituent process.

Type of participants: those who participate are individual citizens, civil society organizations, private stakeholders or a combination of those?
Decisiveness: does the innovation takes binding, non-binding or no decision at all?
