Open Government Agents Program
The Open Government Agents Program was an initiative of the São Paulo City Hall aimed at providing decentralized training on open government to different social actors. The training sessions were attended by municipal employees, citizens and representatives of social movements. The aim was also to disseminate São Paulo's Open Government agenda in order to promote a culture of transparency and participatory management.
Institutional design

Mode of Selection of Participants: is the innovation open to all participants, access is restricted to some kind of condition, or both methods apply?
