Patos de Minas' Strategic Agenda
Patos de Minas Strategic Agenda was developed by the municipality of Patos de Minas, with the participation of citizens, who proposed initiatives in the following areas: local economy and economic development; governance and participatory management; innovation and technology; environment and sustainability; urban planning, mobility and urbanism; health and welfare. The proposals were formulated at citizens' meetings. In addition, a digital form was implemented, where citizens could send their contributions.

Decisiveness: does the innovation takes binding, non-binding or no decision at all?
Co-governance: is there involvement of the government in the process or not?
