Map of Indigenous Lands in Brazil
The Map of Indigenous Lands in Brazil is an initiative of the civil society organisation Socio-Environmental Institute (in Portuguese Instituto Socioambiental), which aims to identify indigenous lands in Brazil and categorise them according to their legal and administrative status (e.g. whether or not they have been declared or homologated). The map also provides information on their location, hectares, and number of inhabitants.
