Quilombos without Covid-19
The web platform "Quilombos sem Covid-19" (lit. Quilombos without covid-19) was an online observatory of the evolution of infections and deaths by Covid-19 in quilombola communities and territories throughout Brazil. The website was set up by CONAQ and the Socioenvironmental Institute with the aim of identifying the situation of Covid-19 infections in quilombola areas and giving visibility to its dramatic consequences in these communities, given the under-notification of cases and the limited health services available. The project seeks to contribute to the research on epidemiological data of quilombola populations and strenghten the transparency of aggregated data at the national level.

Type of participants: those who participate are individual citizens, civil society organizations, private stakeholders or a combination of those?
