inforMe - Inform Amazonas Military Police

InforMe Polícia Militar do AM (lit. Inform Amazonas Military Police) is the name given to the web platform and the smartphone app used by the Military Police in the state of Amazonas since 2015 to receive reports and information to fight crimes such as drug and human trafficking, robberies, murders and kidnappings, track down fugitives, fight environmental crimes and violence, as well as ?Other crimes". Although the institution?s intelligence system is centered on the Electronic Transactions of the Amazonas Military Police, where all complaints received are stored and processed, the mobile application allows citizens to make complaints or report information in any state of the country. Therefore, there is a different data base for each unit that receives the reports depending on their location. InforMe does not intend to be a real time solution for urgent cases, since it refers to the 190 number for emergency situations.
