Watch Bolivia
Observa Bolivia is a mechanism developed by a network of civil society organisations, which is funded by international organisations. Its purpose is to monitor the electoral process in 2020, increase citizen confidence in this process and strengthen the quality of democracy. For this purpose, the organisations, in addition to monitoring the elections themselves, invited citizens from La Paz, Cochabamba and El Alto to participate in monitoring the training of electoral juries. After the elections, Observa Bolivia published a monitoring report on its website, which contains recommendations to improve the electoral process.
