iGob 24/7

?iGob 24/7? is a digital platform implemented by the Municipal Government of La Paz with the aim of modernizing public management and to facilitate service delivery among citizens. The initiative enables citizens to online process and complete specific services and formalities, including, for example: construction permits, operating licenses, and online payment of municipal services, among others. To access the platform, citizens have to register online in order to create a user that will allow them to access the platform?s services and formalities. Additionally, the website offers the users the option to follow-up on the initiated formalities in order to stay updated regarding their status. The platform also allows users to send comments and complaints to the authorities.
