Instant Transparency
Instant Transparency is a mobile app that allows official reporting of behaviors, actions or facts that contravene internal norms or laws governing the Municipal Autonomous Government of La Paz. The application seeks to become an indispensable management tool to contribute to the eradication of administrative corruption and generate awareness among citizens that every act of corruption involves interaction between two parties. The ultimate objective is to assist in the attention given to tactics and complaints, as well as to improve the quality in the provision of municipal services.
Institutional design
Formalization: is the innovation embedded in the constitution or legislation, in an administrative act, or not formalized at all?
Frequency: how often does the innovation take place: only once, sporadically, or is it permanent or regular?
Mode of Selection of Participants: is the innovation open to all participants, access is restricted to some kind of condition, or both methods apply?
Type of participants: those who participate are individual citizens, civil society organizations, private stakeholders or a combination of those?
