TELARTES
TELARTES is an initiative that has created a network to foster and promote the articulation of the cultural sector of Bolivia. It seeks to advance its agenda collaboratively through cooperation, dialogue, debate, proposal and exchange. Its most relevant objective is to make the role of culture visible in the development of Bolivia and to contribute to the participation of cultural actors in national and international processes of art and culture, as well as to generate proposals and influences on local, departmental and national public policies.
