Barrio Hacker
Barrio Hacker (lit. Neighborhood Hacker) is an online platform that seeks to implement a citizen-led strategy for open, free and shared communication. It provides access to platforms based on free software and federated network logic for people to communicate with other inhabitants of the same area and generate collaboration. The idea is to reflect the different ways of thinking within the community of Cochabamba.
Institutional design
