Legislative Monitor
The Legislative Monitor is a monitoring mechanism of the national legislature in Venezuela. It is a project run by a group of civil society organizations, who collaborate with university professors and social communicators. Its objectives include the monitoring of parliamentary activity and the dissemination of information on the functioning of the National Assembly. In addition, it publishes periodic follow-up reports on the laws being drafted and discussed. The result of the work is disseminated on the web and at conferences.
Institutional design

Mode of Selection of Participants: is the innovation open to all participants, access is restricted to some kind of condition, or both methods apply?

Decisiveness: does the innovation takes binding, non-binding or no decision at all?
Co-governance: is there involvement of the government in the process or not?
