Laboratory of Social Innovation in Digital Government
The Laboratory of Social Innovation in Digital Government is an initiative of the Agency of Electronic Government and Information Society of Uruguay. The laboratory consists of a collaboration space for the State and the citizens in which specific methodologies are used that make use of information and communication technologies to diagnose needs and to create innovative solutions from the perspective of the users and the social context. For example, the Laboratory has worked, together with public servants and users, towards the creation of electronic procedures.
Institutional design
