Consultation on the Corporate Responsibility Norms
On December 21 of 2019, the Peruvian Authority of the Stock Market (SMV) published an open online consultation on the draft standards that would replace the "Corporate Sustainability Report". The consultation remained open for twenty-four days, when interested parts and common citizens could send their insights, concerns and recommendations on the issue. The consultation concluded with the approval and publication of the norms on February 6, 2020.
