Consultation on the article 5 of the N°056-2020 Decree
On May 20 of 2020, the Peruvian Authority of the Stock Market (SMV) published an open online consultation on the convening and holding of general meetings of shareholders, and on the remote meetings of bondholders. This were modifications meant for article 5 of the N°056-2020 Decree. The consultation remained open for two days, when interested parts and common citizens could send their insights, concerns and recommendations on the issue. The consultation concluded with the approval and publication of the modifications on June 30, 2020.
