Multisectoral Commission for the Analysis and Identification of Alternative Solutions to the Agricultural Sector Problematic
The Multisectoral Commission for the Analysis and Identification of Alternative Solutions to the Agricultural Sector Problematic is a body formed by supreme decree of Peru?s Executive, in May of 2019. The commission was formed to diagnose the agricultural sector problematic through a report, to identify the main priorities resulting from said diagnosis and finally to provide possible solutions through specific action lines that will be comprised in a final report. Aside from the 6 representatives of various pertinent Ministries, the Commission included 2 representatives of the most important civil organizations in this problematic, the National Agrarian Convention and the National Board of the Users of Irrigation. The Commission already formed and is currently working on its reports, which are meant to be delivered in January 2021.
