Pidela.info
The initiative Pídela.info (lit. Ask for your info) is an online tool from the civil association Hiperderecho, designed to assist users free of charge in the process of requesting access to public information. Any citizen has the right to make these requests and the State is obliged to respond to them. The initiative was launched in 2016 as a bridge to contact the Peruvian State institutions with citizens through a form that users fill out on the platform. After the form is submitted, Pídela.info contacts the institution and when a response is received, the user is notified, and the requested information is published on the platform. More than 50 requests have been answered and published in Pídela.info.
