Social Map
The social map is a web platform for mutual support and collaboration developed by Civilab. One can register or search through map location for popular cantneens, needs or donations, volunteers or requests for help, and initiatives related to Covid-19. The objective is to offer a platform that centralizes information and assistance possibilities during the Covid-19 pandemic. The Covid-19 initiatives section was developed with the support of Global Shapers Asunción and the web platform with the support of Girolabs. For the mapping of Ollas Populares (popular canteens), the organization was supported by Techo Paraguay.
Institutional design
Formalization: is the innovation embedded in the constitution or legislation, in an administrative act, or not formalized at all?
Frequency: how often does the innovation take place: only once, sporadically, or is it permanent or regular?
Mode of Selection of Participants: is the innovation open to all participants, access is restricted to some kind of condition, or both methods apply?

Decisiveness: does the innovation takes binding, non-binding or no decision at all?
Co-governance: is there involvement of the government in the process or not?
