Referendum for the vote of Paraguayans abroad
The referendum of October 9, 2011 was held to approve or reject a constitutional amendment that would allow Paraguayans to vote abroad. 12.5% ??of eligible voters took part, and 80% of them voted for the approval of the vote of Paraguayans residing abroad. It was incorporated into the National Constitution.
