AsuMap
"AsuMap" is an interactive on-line platform that is part of the revitalization project of the historical center of the city of Asuncion called CHA Plan (Master Plan of the Historical Center of Asunción). Through "AsuMap" citizens can register and "map" their ideas, initiatives, or ongoing projects that are related to the development of the city. This platform was designed to guarantee citizen participation in the realization of the CHA Plan. One of the initiatives of the executive secretariat of the project called it: a space for articulation that includes the national and municipal government as well as citizens.
