Inter-institutional strategic plan for the youth 2015-2019
The Inter-Institutional Strategic Plan for Youth 2015-2019 is an initiative of Panama's Ministry of Development, which is supported by the United Nations. It is a policy that seeks the social inclusion of the youth, and covers the following topics: access to quality education, technology and job training; access to high-quality health care and a healthy environment; violence prevention, security and access to justice; identity, inclusion and citizen participation; employment and adequate housing, equal opportunities and access to loans; and promotion of and access to arts, sports and culture. The plan was formulated with the participation of representatives of youth civic organizations, who contributed their views and suggestions through inter-institutional workshops.

Mode of Selection of Participants: is the innovation open to all participants, access is restricted to some kind of condition, or both methods apply?
Type of participants: those who participate are individual citizens, civil society organizations, private stakeholders or a combination of those?
