Culture Points Program
?Puntos de Cultura? is a program organized by the city hall of Panama, using funds provided by the Ministry of Education to support cultural initiatives. Its purpose is to promote cultural rights and operate as a platform for citizen interaction and coexistence, which generates cultural governance, social inclusion and in turn fosters citizen participation in the implementation of cultural policies. Within the framework of this program, schools from various townships operate as community spaces offering artistic, educational and leisure time activities.
