Proyecto Urbanístico para el Barrio "CURUNDÚ"
The Urban Project for the Neighborhood "CURUNDÚ" was developed by a multidisciplinary team of young university students and professionals. It has participatory components so that the inhabitants of the neighborhood can get to know the project, appropriate it and collaborate on its implementation.

Decisiveness: does the innovation takes binding, non-binding or no decision at all?
Co-governance: is there involvement of the government in the process or not?
