Panorama Electoral (lit. Electoral Overview)
Panorama Electoral (lit. Electoral Overview) is an observatory made up of civil society organizations, which is responsible for promoting the rule of law and guaranteeing transparent elections in the country. Although the Electoral Law guarantees the right of civil society to participate as observers during the elections, Electoral Overview did not receive the necessary credentials from the Supreme Electoral Council to monitor the last two electoral contests.
