Observatory of Rates
The Observatory of Rates was created by an agreement between the Secretariat of Public Services of Mendoza Province and the National University of Cuyo. It is an institution that monitors the rates of the following public utilities throughout the country: water and sanitation, electricity, natural gas and public transportation. The Observatory generates reports intended to serve as input for the design of public policies, so that the price schemes are consistent with the climatological conditions of each region.
